CENEXI HISTORY

2004

Creation of Cenexi at the Fontenay-sous-Bois site, in Paris, France. It is a former production site of the Roche Group and a Center of Excellence for parenteral ampoules. Cenexi was a Roche Group affiliate, dedicated to contract manufacturing.

2008

Cenexi became a completely independent company with one production site, located in Fontenay-sous-Bois. This site offers production capacity for parenteral ampoules, tablets, hard gelatin capsules, syrups and suppositories.

2011

The Cenexi Group acquired a production site in Osny, dedicated to solids forms (tablets and hard gelatin capsules) for hormone products.

Our pharmaceutical development and product transfer departments merged their activities into a newly created entity: Cenexi Services, entirely dedicated to the pharmaceutical development of your product in any dosage form in the Cenexi portfolio.

2012

The Cenexi Group acquired the Laboratoires Thissen production site located at Braine l’Alleud in Belgium. This entity manufactures oncologic sterile products – freeze-dried vials and prefilled syringes.

2017

Cenexi acquires the Hérouville-Saint-Clair site, near Caen in Normandy.

Specialized in the manufacture and filling of sterile products such as syringes, vials and ampoules, the site also produces creams, ointments, lotions, syrups and drops.

2020

ENVIRONMENT

Cenexi affirmed its commitment to a clean and healthy environment by securing ISO certification 14001 for its Cenexi and Cenexi Services entities located at Fontenay-sous-Bois in January 2012.

Cenexi approaches management of environmental issues as a process of continuous improvement. Cenexi continuously audits its practices in an effort to guide its activities, and to minimize any negative environmental impacts during the manufacture of its products and other activities.

The ISO14001 certification ensures that Cenexi abides by this initiative. By attaining this certification, Cenexi wishes to convey to its clients its commitment and responsibility towards a healthy environment and its continued protection.
